What should I do?
I am thinking of getting a new computer, and i really want it to look nice. I'm probably gonna get a lian li case (preferably silver) but my one problem is that i cant find a solution to get the drives to match the case. First i thought that i could just use the Lian Li aluminum bezels, but it ends up they dont make them for lite on drives. I really want a lite on burner, but im not sure how i could get it to match. I was thinking that i could buy a black one, along with a black dvd rom and floppy, and then buy 4 black replacemant lian li faceplates but i heard this could be expensive and i also dont know where i could get some, or if they even exist. I would be willing to change my burner if the substitute was still good quality but would give a solution for my dilemma. I thought the black on silver would look cool except i dont know where to get the faceplates, and i dont know if the black plastic of the drives would look any good. I would rather stay away from buying a black case and id also rather stay away from stealthing, seeing that i dont have the tools/time. Any solutions, opinions, ideas???

Although you may not want to as posted, stealthing is the way to go IMO.. its really not that hard. Or, you could paint the faceplates silver, which wouldnt give them quite an exact match to the color of the case, but it would be pretty close and inexpensive. Also, painting the faceplates all black may be a good solution..

Yeah, i think stealths are the way to go ESPECIALLY on a Lian Li!
But I'm biased

BTW how did you get a black INTERNAL SB connector bay? I thought they only made them in white for internal, and black, which is wider than the 5.25 inch bay for the eX.
High End Lian Li Case = $180 on Mastercard
High End Coolermaster Case = $180 on mastercard
Debating which computer case is better = Priceless

You can use the Lian-Li brushed alum. face plate for the Sony CDU-5211 CDROM. You have to modify it slightly with you trusty pocket knife as the opening around the eject button needs a little help. Here's a pic of mine: Face Plates
Edit: get the Mitsumi floppy, they have a face plate for it. You can get them at CompUSA, lian-li.com, or svcompucycle.com in the alum. case section.
