    Geforce FX on shelves when?

    Just a quick question.
    Do we know when we can expect geforce FX cards to ship??

    soon I would imagine...however it's unclear if the fx ultra cards will be on the shelves...

    yeah, the news that's floating around seems to be that only people who pre-order will get them, everyone else will have to wait for the NV35 this summer...

    Anybody else agree when I say "who cares" ? For the price of one of those you could put together a whole new computer.

    I seriously don't see the need for that much power anyway, unless you are trying to do something like run a 48 player UT 2k3 game at 2048 res. Gef4 would probably even suffice for that.

    Yup! Not to mention the Radeon 9700 PRO is just as good, for a cheaper price, and doesn't sound like a vacum cleaner!
