First Ever Mod.
Well, seeing as I had virtually no good air flow in my case, I decided to fix that. I saw this Evercool 120mm 80cfm aluminum fan at Fry's for $9.99 and decided to get it. First mod I ever did.
Yeah, now it's installed. Temps dropped about 2C for cpu, and 4-5C for case.

Looks real pro, good job. If that didn't drop the temp enough now you know how to put a top Panel exhaust in.

I don't think so. I bet he enjoyed the whole process. 2ºC is a visibly noticeable gain. 4-5ºC off the mobo temp is even moreso. Now that's its done he can just sit back and admire his handi-work

I agree. And since the fan is right above the CPU sink, in case the HSF fan fails he will have a couple of more to reach for the power button
Good mod my friend. Did you use a holesaw or a dremel cutting wheel? Looks very clean!

I used a tiny little Dremel with and wasted like 3 blades while doing it all at 15,000 rpm. And, yes, I did enjoy the whole process, not I might make an exhaust in the top, since it seems reasonable now. Maybe later a little window around the fan.
The hole actually looks cleaner now, since I took a little cone grinder and took off some of the ugly parts.

Nice, nice. Consider getting some car door moulding to round out the smooth look, as well as a hole saw. Hole saws are a godsend...keep it steady and thats it. You'll be done in a minute.
