Gateway 450L
As of today, I've been having major graphics corruption from my Gateway 450L laptop. I was messing around with FF6 on SNES9X and the screen began to static up. So I rebooted and it went away for a short bit until I reloaded SNES9X again. Then, the problem wouldn't go away. It's best described as progressive graphics corruption - it starts as 'static' and then proceeds to heavier static and the like and then at some point becomes a set of solid bars of various colors. It's hard to describe. Any ideas?

Thanks for your time,

GO BENGALS!!!!!
Call up Gateway and see what they have to say about this particular issue. They should be able to help you out and solve your problems. BTW, your picutures do not work.

Yeah, dumb host. If you manually enter them into your browser, they do load. Pretty wierd stuff.
Anyways, via email I was told to install a new driver. That isn't going to help even if I could do it as device manager is screwed (doesn't list any devices). And doing the real time chat thing with Gateway support, I was told to go to the nearest store for help.
I personally think something in the system is lose or shorted.
