How to make my IMAP inbox open automatically on launch of Outlook XP?

I want to know how I can make it so when I launch Outlook XP (the Office version not Express) it will automatically display my IMAP accounts inbox? Right now when I launch Outlook XP my IMAP email account is collapsed (there is a plus sign next to it). I would like it to default to have my IMAP account display all it's folders and start with "Inbox" selected so I can see my new mail. Right now I have to click on the "+" that is to the right of my IMAP account and then click on "Inbox." It's a pain ha ha.

to start in the Inbox click on Customize Outlook Today on the top right (this is on the right pane when you open Outlook that has the Date, todays Calendar events, Task, etc...) and uncheck When starting, go directly to Outlook Today and click Save Changes on the top right. as for displaying all folders I'm not sure, mine are always displayed even if I collapse them and close and reopen Outlook, I can't remember if I changed anything
