    Norton Systemworks question

    I run the Norton Systemworks 'one button checkup' every now and then, and it consistently finds 23 registry errors, and 18 shortcut errors. I choose the fix-now option, and it says they are fixed. Then, even an hour later if I run one button checkup, the same errors appear to be back. Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks
