Funny story from IU Bloominginton (#1 Party School)

just thought I'd share a story real quick:

Well, I'm on spring break now (sry for typos I'm on a Mac). But, I ended classes/tests on thursday so I was banging my "victory/relaxation" music coz I was finally done!!! I was playing some loud rap... I don' remember by who, Fidycent probably, and I hear this tapping from upstairs (I live in the dorms... all guys on my floor and all women upstairs). Its like 1 in the morning and this tap is making some metallic ring. I turned my music down and hear it again TAP TAP TAP. I'm likeWTF. So I grab my hammer and tap back. After a minute of tapping back and forth to each other I realize its the f*cking b*tch upstairs and she's pissed about my music (coming from z560s). So I crank it up some more and turn the bass up for about 15 minutes. The whole time this is going on the tapping is still going. About 10 minutes later the IUPD show up at my door for a noise violation report. I let the cops in and immediately they start asking me all tons of questions about the speakers and want to see the sub etc. So we start listening to some music and (of course the cops from IUPD are like... fresh from the academy and are my age). Well the damn girl starts tapping again so the cops ask me what it is and I told them its the b*tch upstairs. So they go up and write her up for disturbing the peace haha! Thought it was funny how my night turned out

!!!

ROFL, I dont think he is an asshole because he listens to music loudly. But 1am is a little late

funny...i have a friend at IWU (also in Bloomington/Normal) and they had a lot of problems with noise violations, too. they had to go in front of some sort of board, basically on trial for whether they were allowed to have the size speakers they had in their room...they pleaded that it was discrimination and got away free...now they aren't bothered anymore!

I've seen worse in dorms also, but I'd say he was definitely behaving like a jerk. Just because he was done with classes and tests doesn't mean the poor girl upstairs was.

If you want to behave inconsiderately, you shouldn't live in a dorm. If a dorm is your only option, you should be considerate of others. In my opinion.

asshole? jerk? me? pfft. I thought it was pretty funny. I have some good friends that are girls up there and they don't like that chick. I did everyone a favor, she's the jerk. Oh well it was close enough to a weekend anyway and it was all fun and games

Well sheeeit I could use some tips then. I've already done the *** things like tying two doorknobs together and duck taping someone's door shut. LOL. This one poor kid, Mike... he's in the marines now (god bless). He always left his door open when he slept. So one night I went into his room and took his VALUPAK box of Trojans (condoms... in case u dind't know

) and opened like 10 of them and threw them all over his bed while he was sleeping in it. I blew one up and stuck it up his nose too. The best part was that a friend and me took pictrures of the whole thing (I'll give a link if u are really THAT interested) and then we put *** porn on his computer. Fun times indeed. And I'm only a frosh so... more to come

You know DJ, being a college kid and all I would think you'd know how to spell the name of the city your college is in. Bloominginton

Or wait, isn't it Bloomington.

But anyway, I also know someone that attends there and i'll be sure to ask them if there is some A$$hole blasting music at 1 a.m. in their dorm all the time.
