    quick and dirty workgroup setup?

I got an office with one network WORKGROUP (GLOBAL-NET) and gonna get more people comming into the office to work.

now the problem is their laptops (mix OS of Win9x,Win2k) is setup for another workgroup. (DUMBASS). I know all I have to do is change the Workgroup name on the laptops to (GLOBAL-NET) to have the laptop connect to the network.

the problem is they go back & forth on the two office networks. and wants met to set it so that all they have to do is plug in the rj45 jack in the two office and they can do network fileshare/printing.

Those guys are as smart as monkeys so I don't want them messing with
network work properties and changing workgroup name by themselves

Is there a quick to do this? like something where they could click a button on a program or something to quickly change workgroups?

    thanks in advance.

you don't need to have the same workgroup on all the computers, Windows supports multiple workgroups.
If your sig is longer than your post then type more.

Like muisejt pointed out, they don't have to be members of the same workgroup. But if you want them to be able to quickly & easily change network settings and whatnot, there's a program called NetSwitcher you might want to look into.
