    Fast and cheap, it doesn't get much better...

    1700+ t-bred "B" 1.5v cpu $72 shipped
    ECS L7S7A2 $66 shipped

    192 x 12.5 for 2400MHz. FalconRockII $12 cpu cooler

    'nuff said!

    Judging by the $72 you bought your 1.5v chip from excaliberpc.com right? So you got it to 2400 mhz? What vcore are you at and do you think there is anymore headroom?

    Excaliberpc is the place. 1.80v is all the mobo will give me, I think the cpu is pretty much topped out. I had to close all the L11 bridges to get 1.8v, but that was the only hitch. It is a SiS 746 chipset with pci/agp lock, so no worries there. Rock stable, absolutely no issues so far, very fast.

    i can't find a t-bred B with 1.5vcore at excaliberpc..... all i see is tbred A's with that vcore (obviously)

    The A cores aren't in production anymore...I don't think. Anyone know for sure?
