RedHat 9.0 is hanging...
I installed RedHat 9.0 last night (twice actually in vain attempts to get it to work). Basically if I load up openoffice or some other application it will run stable. But, if I open Mozilla for more than 10-15 minutes it usually ends up hanging. Whenever I try to download something, it will hang then. Any ideas?
Its running on a duron, and I had overclocked it at one point. How does Red Hat deal with overclocking?

Wow, I had no idea it was such a memory hog. I'm pretty sure I just have 128. Possibly 256.
Is 128 pretty pathetic if thats what I have? Should I up it?

You have the right idea.
As for needing 512 megs--you'd need a LOT of extra crap installed that you don't need. Even bloating the install to install everything shouldn't slow it this much.
Most of my machines have 256 megs. I've run plenty on 128 with no problems, though.
