9700 pro default speeds and overclocking

What are the default speeds on the 9700pro and where do I find a program to see them and overclock it?

Powerstrip will give you more options to work with since it wasn't made primarily for Nvidia. Rivatuner will only allow you to overclock it. I like the hardware based overclocking of Rivatuner with the driver and system tweaking of Rage3DTweak. IMHO, you get the best of both worlds.
