At CPU is at a 66FSB, right? I would think so. BIOS update might also be needed. Look into your motherboard's website.

Maybe, but it'd probably require an adapter of some kind. I'm pretty sure LX motheroboards don't support coppermine CPUs, and they definitely don't support Tualatin. But, with an adapter, you might be able to get it to work.
