Another Excel problem needing solving. Thanks
First my formula:
=IF(D6<6,0,IF(D6<=20,D6*1.25,(25+((D6-20)*2))))
As you can see, I get no commission if my sales are under 6. But now we do and it is $0.25 for the first 5 sales but I can't seem to figure out how to get that into the formula without the result being just a single $0.25 entry!!
And help would be super great!!
Thanks

Dont understand your problem. Could you restate the problem in clearer language? Make it tabular as to how much commission you get so its easy to understand.
e.g.
Sales = 1 to 10 --> Commission = $2 per sale ($20 for 10 sales)
Sales = 10 to 50 --> Commission = $5 per sale in addition to the first 10 sales ($20 for first 10 + $200 for next 40 sales)

This will give you .25 for the first 5 and .5 thereafter.
=IF(A3<6,A3*0.25,IF(A3>5,(5*0.25)+((A3-5)*0.5),""))
or slightly simplified to
=IF(A2<6,A2*0.25,(5*0.25)+((A2-5)*0.5))
