I waited for half a year but they're finally here!!

My rma set of my z560's are finally here! Been waiting since mid-December, lol. I'm just too scared to turn up the bass though =\ Well, if anyone is waiting on a z560 rma, they had a shortage or something, only getting in 500 sets at a time. Well, finally...after half a year.

Sure, I'll part with them for $275 USD. Comes with downfiring substand, and 12 guage speaker wire for all four sats. Not guaranteed to perform for you the way they have with me.

Wow! Where'd you RMA them to?

I RMA'd my z560's to Logitech (though I bought them from dell) and it took less than 2 weeks from the time I sent, to the time i recieved....

Well, I RMA'd them in the beginning of December. I went back to Houston so I missed the shipment. I came back in January to my apt and saw UPS notices stuck to my door. Anyways, called them up and asked for an RMA. Well, the guy I talked to said he would send out a set for me, so I wanted a month and called them back. Well, whoever I talked to said that there was no RMA for me so the rep said I a set would be sent out to me and then he gave me an order number. Well, I wait and wait, calling up Logitech Sale's for the longest time. The automated response kept saying that my order is being processed or something like that. Well, the last time that I call them I get the msg "Your order is on backorder" or something like that, I don't really remember.

I don't even bother with it since I was busy with school and such, but then I checked my mail one day and received some note from them in March. It said that the expected ship date was uhh...the end of March or something. That's cool I figured. Weeks later I received a notice, expected ship date is the end of April instead. That's great...so I called up Logitech and was wondering if I could somehow get money back but since this is an RMA set, I would have to make a request through a fax and I received a fax number and that the reason for the backorder is because they're only receiving shipments of 500 sets at a time. That's great, the only access to a fax machine that I have is through school, and that is at a rate of a buck a page. Forget it, I'll just wait. Well, 2nd week of May I get it.

6 month wait...awesome. I'm just trying not to blow them out like I did my last set. I don't even know what the hell went wrong with the last set, bass wasn't even turned up even halfway as what I put my original set at and it blew out on me. That is my 6 month wait story.
