Check the following registry entries, along with your win.ini and system.ini files for suspicious entries.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Run
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ RunOnce

Anything's Hot Swappable if you're fast enough.

Sounds like your parents aren't spying on you, then. I'm guessing you checked the Start menu's Startup folder?

    Start>Run and type REGEDIT

The rest should be pretty self-explanatory, works just like windows explorer.

Actualy every program you run and every internet web site you visit is always logged without the use of any programs.

It depends on what your not sposed to be doing that there looking for before you can know what your hiding.

You shouldn't be doing anything that you would worry about if they did see it!

LOL, thanks for the Mr. Obvious reply. We're talking about keyloggers and screenshot-capture-at-intervals programs here, which are NOT built in.
