Go to your Control Panel and go to Internet Options. From there you should see the History at the bottom of the window. I set my "Days to keep pages in history" to zero and you can also clear the history from there as well.

I know setting days to zero does not clear it, it only prevents it from keeping a log of the past (default) 20 days of where you have been. But clearing the history is the only way you can get rid whatever you have on that day.

i use avant browser (which is basically an extension to IE). this allows you to automatically delete the history every time you close the program. Its also a much nicer and quicker browser than IE. You can get it from http://download.com.com/3000-2356-10...ml?tag=lst-0-1

    There is another way but.....

Sound like you are trying to hide something from your parents (if you still live at home) or someone else.

Therefore I'm not saying on how to do any other way and I think no one else should either.

IMHO this thread should be locked or deleted.

Why do you question his motives? Why should this thread be locked or deleted? He isn't violating the AUP and he certainly isn't breaking any law. Why he wants to do this is his own business and if you aren't going to help, you might as well not post a flame.

Here's a site that might help you:
