Relax, it's nothing worse than what others have done. Seeing how the moderators haven't taken any action against anyone in the past other than locking/deleting threads, I seriously doubt he will get banned. Plus, Baldy has the best "clockage" of anyone here at Sharky so that has to be the most important factor in determining whether or not he gets banned.
edit: What ever happened to ditto on the mucho??? That was my absolute favorite line ever when looking through sigs.
Unfortunately i don't spend enough time here to see some of these other threads and see who gets banned or who does not. It's not my decision at the end of the day. However, just because people havn't got banned in the past doesn't really justify others posting crap like that above. If they do then IMO their just taking advantage of the fact that they probably will get away with it. People become complacent and pressidents are set (unfortunately).
Secondly, it doesn't matter how much clockage someone has, whether their the best overclocker in the world with a million posts, IMO we all abide by the same rules, there shouldn't be any favouritism or special treatment. If there is then what hope do newcomers have, probably scared off and intimidated by some high postage, high ranking uber-clocker who thinks he's better than the rest of us? See my point?
At the end of day, if somebody really does annoy someone else, isn't it easier just not to repond to his posts instead of hitting him with verbal abuse?
All in my opinion of course

actually i see it as an opportunity where t-bird shines...
had someone inadvertenly insulted me, i know my response wouldnt have been so "nice"..
its nice to have pride in your work, but dont push it on someone else or it looks like gloating..

who? why anybody who feels guilty of joining in on the "blanket party" when its not their fight..
actually in the earlier context, i was referring to those that post comments directed towards anybody in a way that is insulting without just cause..im a strong advocate of being constructively critical rather than insultive..
its an better way to teach..
as far as the comment on pride in work.. i see it all too often, some just like to gloat and there's a more "tactful" time and way to do so..
no matter how its phrased, its still "my dog is bigger.." but some take it too far..
