Best video card for composite out?

I need a video card that has composite out as my TV and VCR only has composite in (no S-Video). I am making a divx slimline machine to put in with my home theater setup so the video card will just be used for divx, not gaming. What is the best video card for what I need it for?

Does that have composite out? I couldn't find it anywhere in the specs.

You can easily convert Svideo to composite with a little $2 adapter which comes free with most cards.
