You should be around 16.5-17k with that setup @ stock...

I wonder why you are scoring low... You have all IQ details on low???

I score 19K with a stock video card but my Proc overclocked to 3.45Ghz

So you should be below that

    (16) WD Red Pro 20TB

Sorry, I'm new to using 3dmark, but what are the IQ details? I assume they're 3dmark settings.

I have basically the Identical system I got 17651 or something like that at stock speeds overclocked and got 20009 so you should be much higher.
Is there any way you can post the most important BIOS settings and windows settings for your stock setup that you think might help me out? thanks.

Yes under the Direct3D panel in the Control Panel..

I click custom settings and drop all the levers to the left... Then click on use Application Prefered on the AA/AF settings...

Thanks. Should I modify any of the settings in the Open GL tab or just leave them as is?

Ok, so I reran the benchmark and got 16,979. Does this sound about right w/o any OCing? One thing I noticed is when the tests are running, my screen is shifted to the right a little, so the "FPS XXX" part is only partially visable. Does that sound like a monitor driver issue? This doesn't happen on the desktop at 1024x768 res.
Not sure if you can directly link to my benchmark, but here it is:
