Cool New firmware for SMC Barricade routers

For those of you who have SMC Barricade 7004BR and 7008BR routers, there is new firmware version 1.96h2 available at the European SMC support site.

There may be new firmware available there for other SMC router models too, but I haven't checked (since I myself have the 7008BR).

Very stable, functional, and official too! I'm glad SMC Europe hasn't forgotten us...

My main rig (nice & silent):

I just installed this firmware. It seems to be stable.
I noticed the firmware has a page to set SNMP communities, a major new feature. I wonder if SNMP is actually implemented. When I get a chance I'll try walking the routers MIB tree. We'll see what pops out.
