So why do you need to upgrade? Whats it not doing that you want to do? Seems like for what you listed the rig you have would do just fine. If its games you might drop some money on a really good video card like an ATI9500pro or better. That would probably give you the big night n' day difference you're probably looking for without going all out.

i wouldnt even go that high up as a ATI 9500 i would say get a 8500 and call it a day. Your pc isnt that bad. And if your upgrading just to do it, i would say get a 120gb hd with like a 2mb or 8mb buffer.

If you mainly listen to music, get the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers.

Yeah, if you listen to music then definately get some new speakers and maybe even an Audigy2, they are getting pretty cheap nowadays

for what it seems you use your omputer for, that really isn't too bad of a setup....if you want a little better performance in games, i'd pick up something around the lines of a radeon 8500, or maybe even a gf4 ti4200. if you keep a lot of music on your computer like i do i'd get a bigger hard drive or some nice speakers, but if you use it mainly for music & internet, you're pretty much set with that rig.
