Seems like you're adding an extra cord that would just get in the way?

My guess is to hook up a led to it?
High End Lian Li Case = $180 on Mastercard
High End Coolermaster Case = $180 on mastercard
Debating which computer case is better = Priceless

I'm a Coolermaster Fanboy, are you?

ding ding ding, something along those lines.

the main reason is because I would like to make a custom mousepad, and I also have a problem with my mouse cord being too short. So, if I can just have a cable thats stationary and then my mouse runs off of that, I will have plenty of mouse movement area, and have a cool way of doing so.

Cool stuff, but im too cheap, so im going to *try* and do this all by hand, rather than buying the adapter.
