HELP me get organized

right now i got filez everywhere i have downloaded files in folders, my documents random folders etc.
when i build my new machine is there a certain way so i can have just 1 download folder and make it a lot easier on my self.
any organizing programs to look into?

You don't need a program for this. You can just set up program you use to download files to download to the same folder. Usually is in the options menu. Just set up your folders how you want them and then download into them.

Yeah the other day I organized all my folders and files. It took about 1 1/2 hours, but it's worth it! It just takes some time and patience.

Oh yeah, don't forget to defrag when you're done

i use ie6 therefore i just use the default download. so do most of u guys got a folder named download on your desktop or something.

I store all my downloads in My Documents. That's where I keep an assortment of folders for specific downloads

Yeah, I'm a neat freak

I download everything to my desktop then delete it when im done installing. I rarely save any install programs.
