    how do i get it to make an html playlist?

    I don't know if that is possible.

    Did you check the Winamp forums? They are pretty good.

    It's on the playlist, go to one of the buttons "LOAD LIST" I think or "MISC OPTS" under it should be "Save HTML playlist"
