Crash Test Dummy
You don't need a boot disk, so long as your system can boot to CD. Power up your system and insert your Windows 2000 CD. Press a key if prompted to boot to CD, and your system will boot to Windows' setup routine. When you get to the point where setup asks where you want to install the OS, you have the option to add/delete partitions. Delete your existing one and then choose to install Windows 2000 on the newly-created unformatted space.
If your system doesn't boot to CD, you can create a set of installation boot floppies from the \BOOTDISK directory on the Windows 2000 CD.
