man, I'm hooked on these things..I got 2 64mb's and am going to get a 256MB USB2.0 Pendrive for 60 bucks. Man, these finally gave me a reason for getting rid of my floppy, which I kept for the sole fact that I needed it to boot to dos..not any more...

Some guy told me about a keychain pen drive Fry;s was carrying a few weeks back. Usb 2.0... 256mb.. for like 50 bucks or so. It like has a cool switchback feature.. sortof like a knife.. and its really small . That's the kind I would like to get. And plug N play under winME and newer OS's.. like my old drive. who uses gaye 98 now a days anyways!

    and boot from that?

hold that for a second vert, I believe circuit city has a sale or rebate on 80GB usb2 drives from WD (ends up @ 100 bucks).... Unless you want it to be super compact, that is also a very nice alternative...

hehe good enough, yeah I want one, but I have too much storage to begin with, and I'll be living on campus, so I'll have access to my stuff anywhere I'll be for the next 9 torturous months anyways.

I just have like three 256MB Crucial CompactFlash cards for my digital camera and a USB flash card reader. It works good enough for what I do with it.
