    RMA'ing a Sapphire 9700 non-pro...

Where should I send an RMA request to and can I at all??? Is this card considered OEM??? Is there any way to check to see if it is under warranty????

I've been using this card at stock and it is overheating. I was trying to figure out why i was crashing in SWG and i finally downclocked my card and the crashing problems were gone! I have 2 in and 2 out so ventilation isn't a problem.

I know that sapphire made some retail 9700np`s and they come in a retail box, if yours did not come in a retail box then it is oem. The oem`s are warrantied by the place where you bought it, so I would check with where you bought it and see if it is still under warranty.
