Unhappy problems with cat 3.5's and NEC monitor

Installed the new cat 3.5's this weekend and something strange happened. I have a NEC FE991SB monitor, and use the third party software Naviset (a tool for adjusting the monitor). Anyway here's what happened, Naviset could no longer detect my monitor, gave an error mssg, " No DDC monitor available". No matter what I tried, could not get it to detect the monitor. So went back to the 3.4's and everything is fine. Has anyone else who owns a NEC monitor and uses Naviset had this problem, if so how did you fix it? Sorry for the long post, but this bugged me and I could not rectify the problem, so I am here for help. TIA.

Thanks, I never thought about contacting ATI, sometimes the simplest solution escapes me. But first I wanted to hear if anyone else had the problem. Thank you for replying.
