mwave.com -- Good So Far
Grrrrrrrrr, the floppy port on my brand new Asus P4C800 Deluxe mobo died! Never had one go out on any of my mobos before and I ended up swapping in 2 or 3 floppy drives and cables making sure it was the port! Drove me nuts for awhile. Had customer's/friend's floppy port fail, but never on any mobo I've owned.
Anyway, mwave.com handled the RMA situation well and fast in about 10 mins on the phone. They handle RMAs very much like newegg.com; order the replacement mobo, they ship it, you return damaged mobo, when they get it they credit your credit card. Now we'll see how fast they ship it out.

You can just email them too
I wouldnt blame them for a failed port... It can happen anywhere.. Not I am not saying that is what you are doing.. But I just wanted to say that
I had RMA'ed a few items to them for replacement with other parts... Such as one mobo for another... They did it without a hassle.. Got to love it!

No, certainly not blaming mwave.com. Its ironic that so far this has been my favorite mobo and the floppy port takes a hike! Go figure! My Abit KR7A-133R is still one of my favorites. Its about 2 yrs old now, has never given me an ounce of problems, and survived several stupid mistakes on my part too. I'm making a Server and Firewall out of it now.

So why did you get the P4C800 DLX over the P4C800-E DLX?

Wait, explain to me how Newegg gives you back your money. I sent in an RMA request for a Lite-On drive, but it just says they'll ship me a new one. I want my money back so I can buy a Plextor.

He got his money back because he basically ordered a new motherboard... Then when he sends back his older defective board.. They will credit him...
I didnt know Mwave did that.. Does newegg?
I have replaced a few defective boards with mwave before... I always just walked it in or mailed it to them and got a replacement next day Since I am local

Just order the Plextor, then they'll credit the cost of the LiteOn when they get it.
