    Asus A7N8X Deluxe v2.0 -vs- Gigabyte GA-7NNXP

OK... I'm here now.... if you know what's going on.... then lets continue... if not, go here first if you'd like:

Now then... since I found this link...

    http://www6.tomshardware.com/motherb...721/index.html

    ...in another post found here...

    http://www.sharkyforums.com/showthre...hreadid=200679

    ...I've changed my "choices" from...

Asus A7N8X Deluxe -vs- Epox 8RDA3+

    ...to...

    Asus A7N8X Deluxe v2.0 -vs- Gigabyte GA-7NNXP

I've compaired all the other boards in the other topic and IMHO the Asus is the better board overall.... however, after reading the review above.... I found that the Gigabyte is loaded to the teeth with everything I could want.

    The main questions are:

    Asus Quality -vs- Gigabyte Quality

    and

    Asus OC-ability -vs- Gigabyte OC-ability

That's really about it... once I know those 2 things, I'll know which board to get. After reading that review though.... I'm leaning towards the Gigabyte... which, BTW is the first board to really sway me away from the Asus board. :|

    Thanks for any help!!

I'm having the same issue SEE MY THREAD except im going for the pro and not the XP. The xp is like 180$ and the Pro is like 110. The only diffference i see is that the Pro does not come with all the SW that the XP does.

After all the problems I had with my GB 7VRXP (KT333), which somehow also got a stellar review at THG, I'm never buying another Giga-byte-me again. Dunno how well the GA-7NNXP OCs but GB isn't known for good OC'ing mobos. Have I also mentioned their tech support is slow??

I'd get an Abit NF7-S (ver 2.0) instead if you want Quality and OC-ability.

    I second that emotion...
I don't even consider any gig-a-bite board as a viable purchasing option. You've been warned...Get the Abit or be sorry.
