    dimension 4100 compatible with atx mobos?

    I have a friend who has a Dell Dimension 4100. I want to know if the case will be compatible with any ATX motherboard.

    Without modification to this case, I don't think so. I've heard Dell uses different sized mobos so you would probably have to break out the tools to make it fit.

    4100 = Pentium 3 era processor, right? The case looks like ATX form factor material to me. I'd bet you it would fit. Dell wouldn't modify it just to prevent people from using their amazing looking cases.
