Folder Thumbnail View

how do i go about enabling the ability to see thumbnail view in a folder? i.e. you click on a picture and on the left hand side of the folder screen it shows a thumbnail for just that picture.

Here's how you do it in win2k:

Tools>Folder Options>General and check Enable Web Content in Folders under Web View
