    Exclamation Case recommendations?

I was thinking about ordering a new case today but it seems like 50% of the cases out there are those Chenmings, fully pre-mods, or just plain ugly...

Recommendations on a sweet case would be highly appreciated! Basically what I'm looking for is:

    * Big! Not mandatory that it's HUGE or anything, but I need some more space than my Maxtop. Will consider mid/full tower but no lan-boy type cases.
    * NOT a Chenming derivitave unless there is a really good reason.
    * No pre-modded stuff, especially a window. I'll do all that, although fans included is okay.
    * Nice looking but nothing overboard -- functionality takes precedence -- but I don't want to stare at some ugly POS all day either

    Thanks
    Stuff and stuff

Then I suggest not getting Cooler Master.

This case is a bit pricey, but it's got everything you're looking for.

And i suggest not getting a Lian Li

The 111 or the 110 are very good choices, also look into the 101 which is a semi-full tower. PC-70 is allright but costs more with less features.
High End Lian Li Case = $180 on Mastercard
High End Coolermaster Case = $180 on mastercard
Debating which computer case is better = Priceless

I'm a Coolermaster Fanboy, are you?

Okay I guess I'm just picky but I don't think the case justifies the cost. Looks nice, but it doesn't make me drool like $175 worth of case should

I forgot to mention, too, I'm not a fan of drive bay covers. I'd rather have the front easily accessible. Thanks for the suggestion though I'll poke around in the other Cooler Masters too

Basically I need a simple, moddable, roomy, clean looking case. Preferrably silver or pearlish white. *sigh* life is so difficult sometimes

ROFL! YES! You are my new best friend.
Check out some Lian-Li cases. They're cheaper, aluminum... And twice as sexy too:

Lian-Li PC-6085A (There is also a black version which has red LED strips)

Lian-Li PC-65 (Black version of that too)

Ajump.com offers free shipping on Lian-Li. Check it out. I think they're great.

Haha! Yeah I do like Lian-Li, man but size-wise I'd probably want atleast the PC-70. $170 is a little more than I wanted to spend.. I know it's worth it but I have a hard time parting with all that cash!!

Ooh I found an AOpen that looks promising. It might not have the sex appeal of the Lian-Li's but I can see it looking pretty awesome after a window mod, silver paint job, some UV's, my 120mm YS Tech in the side and my digidoc5 and nexus lighting up the front a little

The only thing that looks bad is the front bezel, doesn't look like a lot of air can get trough there... but I can probably rememdy that with a Dremel See anythign else weird with that case I'm missing out on??

Well, I'd like a few more drive bays. 5-6 5 1/4" bays would be nice. I dunno.. the Antec they look okay but I'm tired of seeing that style.

IMO these are really great cases. Follow the general Chenming design with a few differences. Guess the door is a turn off to you though.

You said that you didn't want a pre-mod case...Antec is no pre-mod for the most part. Do you need a PSU with this case?
