No boot after installing ZM80 on 9700pro AIW
So i finally installed my Zalman ZM80 heatsink on my radeon all in wonder 9700pro. Everything was going great, and the install looks fine. I put in the graphics card and I'm met with a long bios beep. Take out and reseat, the computer turns on eveyrythings great, and then it freezes up before windows gets a chance to load. I restart and im met w/ the same long beeps. I've tried reseating several times and the result has always been the same except for that one time. The zalman has not heated up at all. I have an abit ic7-g. Everything was working fine before I put the zm80 on.
Please help!
P.S.: I did plug in the power cable

Its overheating. Proper contact of the core is nonexistent.
What TIM are you using? Hopefully, its not conductive because with all of those reseats you increase the chance of getting something like AS3 into places it has no business being in.

alright it works fine now. I think I mustve knocked one of my sticks of ram when i was seating the massive thing (and who said heatspreaders were useless). reseating the ram fixed everything.
