Isass.exe system error after Blaster infection, need help!?

My pc was infected by the blaster worm, I got all the symptoms with the timer restarts ect. But now when I try to boot up to repair the worm I cannot get into windows via safe-mode or normal. I get the error Isass.exe System error: Trying to update pasword....blah blah. I have tried to get in with every bootup option. Does anyone know how to get around this? Also I have used the recovery console and I dont know what the admin pass word is, but if I get in what should I type to repair the system? I didnt try to hit just enter yet. Anyways any advice would be appreciated!

dont use the recovery council, do a repair install (select the other option then hit R)
