i just stumbled across one huge post by tbird, some bashing and lots of eats and numbers, and something about how a 5200 is the big stinker, and decided to stop reading.
why are we posting about the obvious? it's like beating a dead horse.

Poor, poor tbird. Buying 2nd hand hardware and expecting top of the line performance. Which has been the case since the "Willy eater" to the present day "3dMark2001SE Whore" aka "3dmarks' biatch". I hope you stop buying crap and start getting the "good-stuff" before coming here and crying about a 3 point decrease in 3dmark or a 4fps decrease in quake 3. With this said, it's time to go to bed and the dreadful place known as school will open its doors for me once again.
