    If you arent going to OC, go for PC3200, XMS C2 is one of the best options right now. But still go with twin modules, So you can have dual channel enable.

    Also consider Zalmans 7000Cu CPU cooler, which is very quiet and efficient. You could even change the NB cooler into a pasive one.
