    ARGH! Hotmail is not working for me!!!

    Does anyone else experience problems logging into their hotmail account? It wont logon my MSN messanger, and when i try to login to my email, it says my Passport is temporarily down! BLECH!

    perhaps its gone down for maintenence. they do that tooooo frequently when i try to log in sometimes.

    Yeah mine goes down about once every couple of months for maintenance. Mine does work perfectly fine though.

    for a free email service, you get what you "pay" for....

    in other words, if you want reliable service, go get a paid email (and even that is pushing the "reliable" aspect).

    hotmail/yahoo/etc all have limitations and because hotmail is part of MSN, you get even more problems....

    I don't have problems with my hotmail account. If you're having long term issues, then I would suggest trying it from your machine to verify that at that moment it still does not work, then, either call someone you trust or go to work or a library and use another machine and logon again.

    It'd be great if you have a brother/sister, wife, whatever.. that you can just give your credentials to and have them logon from their computer 30 seconds after you verify that you can't logon.

    If they can logon, then I would reinstall Internet Explorer.
