    Internet going out. Need Help!

    I have Comcast internet and for about two weeks my internet keeps going in and out. It works sometimes and other times it doesn't. anybody know what's wrong? It has been working fine for about two days but I want to know how to fix it if it goes out again. Thnks!

    As another Comcast user all I can say is that this sounds normal for them. I also have my phone service through them and it only works about half the time. Fortunately, I also have a cell phone.

    You can call them and complain, which takes endless hours on hold, but eventually they will get your service to improve to be up most of the time.

    Thnks for the response. You know what? I did call them and they didn't know what was wrong. They told me to call Microsoft. I couldn't get through! LOL. Typical.

    It sounds like something like Comcast would do. I would just keep calling them up and telling them your problems. Maybe you can have a tech guy come out and check out the problem for you.
