my pioneer deh3500 has no problem reconizing them. I mean the music plays but i was wondering if they have less sound quality or something. so far i cant really tell a diffrence since ive only burned like 1 disc on rw. also does the sound qulity diminsh after a few re writes or what?

There is no difference in sound but data written on CD-RWs are more prone to errors than data written on CD-Rs. The dye formulation and physical composition of the CD-RWs are not as dependable as that of CR-Rs, nor do they have the same longevity.
