My vision is improving!
hmmm thats weird, I heard there was alot of cheating back in 3dmark 2001 origional. There are people with geforce2mx's pushing over 4k no way. top score is 5800 yea right! I barely break 3k on my geforce2mx on this rig and she does 205/205

You didn't run nature and that took some points away. I would have to agree with TB, 6000 with that old stuff is not reality. I don't know how they cheated, but they did.

Im guessing thats a Geforce256 128bit DDR or its a 64bit DDR GF2MX or GF256 SDR with 64bit DDR.(dont think they ever made the latter)
2000 is definitly too slow for the GF 256 DDR but almost in line with a 64bit DDR MX.
The right drivers and a little IQ tweaking should get the MX closer to 2500 and the 256DDR to 3000 without overclocking.
I cant imagine why a GF256 DDR would be running so slow. 800Mhz CPU is fast enough to get it to 3K. I could get my Abit GF2 MX400 200/215 pretty close to 3K on a TB700@820Mhz, but at stock got around 2500 with medium IQ.
Some info on the card would help.
There are some very fast GF2 MX's around which would be able to reach 4k on a fast machine but i dont know about 5k+
Some have 4.5 and even 4ns ram which can run at 250 and up to 300Hmz. MX400 core will do 250 easily so its getting up there with the GTS's. On a top end machine a stock GTS can do 4k.
BTW GF2's cant run the nature test.
