Sleeps with the Fishes
it just pops up a fullscreen window that says 'you have safely shut down the internet'
just a little joke site
you can close it by using alt-f4 or ctrl-alt-del
edit: her case is the only one that i have had this happen to. many of my friends have opened this without a problem. also on other forums people have given out the link....never heard any complaints.
