It is in perfect condition. Absolutely no scratches whatsoever. In fact, it's only been used once. I'm selling it because it cost me quite a bit to just leave it lying there. The carrying case (w/ belt clip) alone is worth $50 CDN ($34 US) and it's NEVER BEEN TOUCHED!!! Also included a nearly complete Fellowes WriteRIGHT screen protector 9 of 12 in the package (one already placed on the Palm to protect the screen). I'll also include a bonus cyan blue face plate. Finally, I'll also include 2 bonus metal styli (3 total). It's as good as new! All the manuals and the CD are included.
