Hardware Selection for Case Modding Project

I've decided to press on with my latest case project and start looking at hardware to put into it. It's going to be a pure performance/gaming machine (within my price range) and will be heavilly overclocked. Here is the hardware setup I've been thinking about. I know that this isn't the best selection of parts but it IS a starting point.

Vantec Stealth 520W PSU : Already bought
    Water Cooling Pump: Already bought
    EPoX 4PCA3+ or AsusP4P800 ? <$250
    Intel Pentium 4 / 2.4CGHz 512k socket 478 Hyper Threaded 800 MHz FSB $171.00
    CORSAIR XMS (Twin Pack) 1GB(2 x 512MB) PC-3200C2PT With Heat Spreaders. $123.00
    2x Western Digital Raptor 36GB SATA WD360GD 10,000 RPM 8MB Hard Drive OEM $131.50x2
2x Lite On 52x32x52 Black Color CDRW Drive LTR-52327S $42.99x2
    ATI OEM SAPPHIRE RADEON 9800 128MB Non Pro DVI/TV 8X AGP $249.00
    Maze4 w/ Copper top for CPU $50
    Maze4 for ATI GPU $50
    Ramsinks for VidCard $30
Northbridge Waterblock (which one depends on mobo) $40
    Shin-Etsu thermal paste
    Arctic silver adhesive paste

    Estimated price: $1360

I don't really have any idea what the best mobo right now is so I'm in need of some advice on the best one for my hardware choices and needs.

If you can think of ANYTHING that would be a better hardware choice please post a suggestion. Also, if can find a good place to sacrifice some performance for a big cost savings please suggest it.

It's just something I've always wanted. Now that they're so cheap there's almost no reason not to replace the regular CD-ROM with one anyway.

That was each. I made the mistake of getting the wrong price when I went back to get the prices from newegg. The twin pack is $248.00.
