    Motherboard selection help needed

I'm getting together a list of hardware to go into my new case and need a little help with the mobo selection. I'm planning on getting a P4 2.4C and doing some heavy overclocking. I will be water cooling the CPU and the northbridge (not necessary I know, but I want to). I'll also need SATA RAID capability.

It seems like the Asus P4P800 is the overall favorite for P4 overclocking right now but I'm not sure if it would be the best for my application. Is there a better board for what I want to do? Also, I'm planning on getting matched 256Mb sticks of Corsair XMS PC3200, will I have a problem wiht that RAM on the P4P800?

I've been doing quite a bit of research on the motherboard I need and it looks like the Asus P4C800-E Deluxe would be the best for my application. Are there any widespread issues with this board? All of the review sites say that it is a great overclocker, but does anyone here have experience overclocking with this board?
