    will this heatsink fit my Radeon 9800Pro?.....thanks...

    It will fit on your 9800 pro alright, but you have to consider if it will fit on your mobo...

    Some mobo has the North Bridge just right above the AGP slot, therefore, it is hard to put it in...

    i would get one, but i want ramsinks too, i hear that wold be a problem

    It should as I've modded both my cards with Zalmans (see sig). But your ramsinks should not exceed 5mm in height IF I remember correctly.
