i don't like that review too much... here's the deal: if you get one with samsung ram, it can be flashed to a 9800pro and will work as a 9800pro with no problems whatsoever. if you get one with infineon ram, you have to find a 9800pro bios specifically designed for infineon ram, else you'll have performance about the same as a 9700pro, or if you OC it, you'll have performance in between a 9800pro and a 9700pro.
