I'm not surprised you're temps rose. Although your cfm might be similar there is more air pressure with the 60mm over that 80mm. You are clearly worried about the higher temps and thats understandable. However, was your system stability compromised by the higher temps? Good Cooling with a 60mm fan and quiet will never co-exist. You either must A] slap that louder fan back on B] live with the higher temps and the quieter fan C] get a new cooler
