WINXP Pro bookdisks

I have a buddy of mine whos xp cd doesnt boot so he needs the bootdisks. I have gone to bootdisk.com and gone here and it seems that the disk 3 is bad on that file. So do you guys know where i can find it. Also i checekd the cd and i didnt find a make bootdisk folder like there was in win2k. So can you help.

its xp pro and i tried that and the disk 3 doesnt work on it.
