    Monitor keeps resizing?

I have a 21 inch Sony G500 it is a couple years old, look great, nothing wrong with the picture but everytime that the monitor goes into power save mode it seems like when it wakes back up the screen has been reduced and i have to adjust it in my settings.. anyone have an idea on how to fix this annoying problem?

    thanx

my viewsonic a75f does that too...not drastically, but if i resize it to where it fully fits the screen, when it wakes up from power save mode it'll be slightly oversized, particularly at the top and bottom so that the start button is cut in half and the icons at the top are cut off a little. i tend to just leave mine a little above the bottom and below the top and it's fine. if yours is getting really resized though, and it didn't used to do it, you may want to see if you've got some warranty left.

OK mine does it too, and the reason is that it needs time to warm up, after like 10-12mins my monitor goes back to normal.
